Southworth Elder Care is a residential home for the elderly who need assistance with daily Iiving activities and/or are no longer able to live alone.

The population to be served are males and females (ages 50 and older), and also the Aged with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, who are ambulatory. 

​

Residents should be compatible with other residents and members of the household.  

 

We do not provide care for residents who require continuous nursing (medical) care.

​

The Caregivers will provide assistance with everyday living activities, incontinence care, medication management, activities to enhance socialization and provide 24 hour supervision and protection.
