About Us
Southworth Elder Care is an assisted living facility, also called residential care homes, for the elderly. We provide Home Cooked, small batch meals, 24-hour personal care and supervision for individuals who cannot live alone but who do not need continuous medical/nursing home care.

Eligibility
Southworth Elder Care offers
care to those who are ambulatory and do not require skilled care. Our residents may need supervision, prompting in certain areas, and assistance with their daily living skills.
We also care for those affected by Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia.
